Fudge is a type of sugar candy that is made by mixing sugar,butter and milk

making fudge is very easy, all you need is👇👇👇

ingredients 

1 tin of condensed milk

2 cups of sugar 

250g backing margarine or any other butter

instructions

firstly            simply melt the butter in a pot, add sugar and stir until the sugar has dissolved.

secondly       add  fresh or condensed milk and stir continuously until it starts boiling.

thirdly           lower the heat and stir for another 20-25 minutes.

lastly              pour into a ceramic bowl or into backing tray and allow it rest
